Delivery Charges
- Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹1000.
- Standard Delivery Fee: For orders below ₹1000, a standard delivery fee will apply, which may vary depending on your location and order size. The exact delivery charge will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email or SMS with the details of your purchase.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of placement. Processing times may vary during peak periods such as festivals or sale events.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Cities/Towns: 6-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-8 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, stock availability, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or national holidays.
Failed Delivery Attempts
- Incorrect Address: If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we may not be able to deliver your order. In such cases, the order will be returned to us, and you may be charged an additional delivery fee for re-dispatching.
- Unavailable Recipient: If no one is available to receive the order at the provided address, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. After **two failed attempts**, the order may be returned to us, and you may need to arrange a re-delivery at an additional cost.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time through our website or the courier partner’s website.
Delays in Shipping
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays can occur due to:

Undeliverable Packages

Currently, Swami Ji Grocery does not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India.
