Refund policy

At Swami Ji Grocery, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with returns and refunds. Please review the policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process. We do not provide returns in our store but replacement is provided by us.

Eligibility for Replacement

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If an item arrives damaged or defective, you can request a replacement within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it..
  3. Expired Products: Any products delivered with an expiry date that is too close or already expired are eligible for replacement.
  4. Unopened and Unused Items: Items in their original, unopened, and unused condition can be replaced within 2 days of delivery.

Please Note: Items like perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy), personal care items, and products marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for replacement unless they are defective or incorrect.


How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Customer Support:

- Email us at swamiji.sj1@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9996559284 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, details of the product, and reason for the return.

  • Return Process:

- Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange for the pickup of the product from your location. In case a pickup isn’t available in your area, you may be asked to ship the item back to us, and we will reimburse the shipping cost.

  • Packaging:

Ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, along with all labels, tags, and any accompanying items or documentation.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. If the exact item is not available, you may choose a replacement product or opt for a refund.

Cancellations

- Orders can be canceled within 2 Hours of placing them. After this period, the order may be processed, and cancellation may not be possible.
- If the order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
- For prepaid orders canceled after shipping, a refund will be processed once the item is returned.
