  • What payment methods do you accept?

  3. UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
  4. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available in selected regions.

 

  • Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected areas. You can check for COD availability at checkout by entering your delivery PIN code.

  • How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  1. Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  2. Other Cities & Towns: 6-7 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

  • What are the delivery charges?

We offer free delivery on orders above ₹1000. For orders below ₹1000, a nominal delivery fee will be charged, which varies based on your location and order size.

  • How can I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the My Orders section.

  • Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. Once the order is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

  • What is your return and refund policy?

If you're not satisfied with a product or receive a damaged item, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item in its original condition.
